The next stage of the international programme «Russian world» included the establishment and development of contacts with representatives of Russian people outside of Russia — descendants of the first wave emigration.
The climax of the efforts resulted in the joint organization of unprecedented historical trip from Tunis to Sevastopol in July 2010. Participants of the trip visited historic sites in Tunis, Greece and Turkey which are related to the staying of Russian people who had abandoned their Motherland during the Civil War. Sevastopol, Crimea was the final point of destination. It symbolized the returning to the Fatherland the historical memory about its sons. As a result of the trip the document titled «Never again» was made by representatives of the Russian society and the Russian people abroad. After sharp debates they came to the important conclusion that all the groups of the Russian Empire were responsible for the dramatic events that led Russia to the revolution and the Civil War. The basic idea of the appeal is that a war when a brother kills a brother is not acceptable and that they hope for strengthening of the «Russian world» and for its consolidation facing the threats and challenges of the current historical moment.
