Vladimir Viktorovich Bushuyev
Director of the Foundation of Saint Andrew the First-Called
Director of the Foundation of Saint Andrew the First-Called and the Centre of National Glory, Vladimir Virktorovich Bushuyev was born on 29th August, 1957 in Ryazan. In 1978 he graduated from the Higher Border Military and Political School of KGB of the USSR named after K.E.Voroshilov which he finished with Gold Medal. From 1978 to 1997 he was serving in the army as officer of border troops of the USSR and the RF. He was given the accelerated promotion as colonel.
In 1991 he graduated from the Military and Political Academy named after V.Lenin (Philosophy Department of Pedagogical Faculty). Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.
Later he worked in the system of education in Moscow as well as in a number of non-commercial organizations.
From 2000 to 2003 and from 2006 to 2009 he worked in the Foundation of Saint Andrew the First-Called and the Centre of National Glory (as Director of Committee on International Prize of the Foundation of Saint Andrew the First-Called, Executive Director and Vice-President).
From 2009 to 2015 he worked in “Russian Railways” OJSC.
